Meet Timothy

Since 2019, Tim Van Stensel has used his real estate experience to help individuals and families buy and sell homes throughout the greater Grand Rapids area. His family has been involved in the Grand Rapids real estate market for over 100 years, with Tim being the 4th generation.

Currently an agent with Keystone Home Group Realty, Van Stensel serves the West Michigan area with his knowledge of the local market and his passion for helping his clients get through the real estate process smoothly.. Receiving an Associate's degree in Business and Management, his expertise includes investment properties, managing whole-house renovations, and working in the appraisal business.

As a life-long Grand Rapids resident, Tim remains grounded in his sincere desire to support the communities he serves. In addition to his affiliation with Keystone Home Group, Tim stays active in several professional organizations, including the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, the Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS® (GRAR), and the Rental Property Owners Association (RPOA).
